What should you do if your drain is blocked or your drain needs cleaning?
Step 1 - Noting the issue
When wastewater can’t flow away it can come back up from the toilet, sink, or drains outside your house, flooding your home or garden. So traces of waste water or excess water can be a sign that you have a blocked drain or need drain cleaning.
Step 2 - Identify where the problem comes from?
To identify where the problem is coming from, assess if your toilets or sinks are showing any signs of a blockage, inspect chambers on your property and ensure they are free flowing.
Step 3 - Once you have discovered the issue
If there is any signs from the toilet or sinks, the blockage is most likely coming from your household pipe work.
